Before doing anything I think we'd better wait to hear what the Brazil govt has to say.  In Bali govt reps said they'd consider what they'd heard in their various meetings, sessions etc and make a statement about the May meeting around November 11.  Announcement has been delayed until today (perhaps tomorrow.)
