[bestbits] Multistakeholder Preparatory Platform for WSIS+10

I haven't seen this mentioned here, perhaps because it's slightly off-topic because WSIS+10 is more ICT4D than IG, but it's perhaps worth passing along anyway.

For WSIS+10, there is now an open consultation process using a Multistakeholder Preparatory Platform designed on a similar model to the WTPF's IEG.  Its first physical meeting will be on 7-8 October in Geneva, and more details of the process are given here (no TIES account required):
