It's not for us to endorse it or otherwise, it's for all the
participants.  But I don't think that your proposal is realistic, that
the priorities that it reflects are appropriate at this point in time,
or that it is consistent withi the acceptance of the interim steering
committee that was endorsed by those present at the meeting in Bali. 
But happy to hear what others think about it.
