coordinating during WCIT

My suggestion is that we connect the people on the ground at WCIT for daily discussions/updates in person.   Then we can work out what non-delegates are in a position to report on to the broader community.  I'm open to any other ideas, but worry that it is dangerous to over promising what can be disseminated over the Internet at this type of convening.
