[governance] What next with the IGF Improvement?

Dear all,

I support the idea of a serious workshop on the topic.

Personally, I will suggest something like:

"Reflection on the Indian proposal towards an IGF 2.0"

I will ask everybody understanding because I feel I need to put the
disclaimer a the end of my contributions.
