Yes, it would be a shame if the Indian proposal dies here. Perhaps we<br>
could bring it up again in a workshop this year? How about:<br>

"A Post-Mortem on the CSTD Working Group on Improvements to the IGF"<br>
<br>
Perhaps the title is a bit morbid, but such a workshop could be an<br>
excellent opportunity to bring back the members of the CSTD Working<br>
Group from all stakeholder groups, to discuss the Working Group's (lack<br>
of) outcomes candidly.<br>

CSTD Working Group members on this list, would you be willing to attend<br>
the panel of such a workshop?<br>
<br>
Remembering that our deadline is only next Friday so we have to finalise<br>
our workshop proposals soon (and so far, there are none firmly on the<br>
table).<br>
