[Governance] NetMundial+10: What we know so far

Thanks Bruna for this update.

IMO it is important for civil society to be present in the room and we
should nominate the right candidates.

People who have experience of the previous initiative and also people who
are involved in the relevant discussions now.

This group and other civil society mailing groups should jointly deliberate
on this.

Look forward to thoughts from others.
