[Governance] IGP Summit today

The Institute of Global Politics is a new thing at SIPA at Columbia
University, co-headed by Hillary Clinton.

They are holding their inaugural summit today, While not specifically
Internet Governance oriented, there are sessions on the global economy, and
AI. The latter (at 16:45 UTC) includes Maria Ressa, co-chair of the UN IGF
Leadership Panel,  Marietje Schaake, now of Stanford Cyber Policy, and Tim
Wu, coiner of Net Neutrality.
