[Governance] IGF BPF on cybersecurity - opportunity to shape research

I'm sharing below information relating to the IGF's Best Practice Forum on
Cybersecurity which is starting off its work this year. Some information on
the 2023 work is below, including an opportunity to shape the initial stage
of the work by proposing cybersecurity incidents for a deep-dive analysis,
through an online survey which we are collecting responses to until *May
16.*

The* IGF's 2023 Best Practice Forum on Cybersecurity
<https://www.intgovforum.org/en/content/bpf-cybersecurity>*focuses on
storybanking cybersecurity incidents to present the voices of those most
affected to those developing policies. By collecting and evaluating
cybersecurity events to present first-person narratives from those most
affected as victims or first responders to policy and norms developing
deliberations, the high-level policy decisions can be grounded in reality.
