[Governance] IGF 2023 - CS Event gathering

Dear all,

Hope this email finds you well!

I was wondering if we should organize a civil society gathering at this
year's IGF. The call for session proposals
<https://www.intgovforum.org/en/content/igf%C2%A02023-call-for-session-proposals>
- where we could submit a townhall request - is open until the 16th of may.

If not, we could go with the traditional Civil Society convening on day
zero!

Are there any volunteers to help shape the proposal ?
