[Governance] Our IGCAUCUS domain name is expiring

Dear all,

It has recently been brought to our attention that the domain name
igcaucus.org will expire at the Registry in 14 days, on 07 May 2023 (UTC).
It will cost c. 20 EUR to renew.

We wanted to check with you, the IGC list, whether you see value in
maintaining the domain name and if so, whether you would be interested in
supporting its renewal. It can be paid for up to 9 years. If so, a
benefactor or two (or three) could make themselves known to us. Otherwise,
we could set up a crowdfunder.

Please let us know your thoughts,
Sheetal & Bruna (expired co-cos but unlike domain names endlessly free
apparently).
