[Governance] APC's priorities for IGF 2022

Following on (more modestly) from Valeria's posting on APC's impressive array of excellent IGF events:

I wanted to 1st introduce to IGC friends Yusuf Abdul-Qadir, previously with ACLU-New York, and the UN, who will be in Ethiopia with myself and fellow Syracuse University colleagues Prof. Danielle Smith and doctoral student Jane Appiah-Okyere.  

And, I wanted to make IRPCers aware of 3 sessions we (Syracuse University & Africa Open Data and Internet Research Foundation, led by Wisdom Donkor and Kwaku Antwi, whom many of you know, also cc’d), AND Stefano Cattani and Olga Jiminez, Democracy Lab, Costa Rica; among others) have organized for IGF, under the Theme 'Connecting all Peoples and Safeguarding Human Rights.’ Timing does not work for folks to attend all APC-related sessions and all of ours; bummer.  But if these sessions are of interest to IGCers, consider joining in person or remote. And if in Addis Ababa, you should stop by our booth/we will stop by APC’s too : ).
