[Governance] [RedLatAm] IGF 2022: Interest on a Civil Society Day Zero gathering ?

Thanks, Carolina. I think it's best to keep this meeting on the Day 0,
which is the tradition stemming back to the BestBits days. But we will take
extensive notes, perhaps with names redacted. And this is actually a good
reason for us to solicit any submissions before the meeting, as well, so we
can be sure that your and Juan de Brigard's inputs and contributions are
represented.

Generally, I think we would use this Day 0 meeting to discuss our
organization's priorities for the week, key civil society messages and
sessions (including launches or joint documents/projects), and work through
any administrative issues. Then we might go out to dinner together! On that
note, I have been to one big, lively restaurant with a dance show - the Yod
Abyssinia. Would folks be interested in joining on Monday night?
