[Governance] IGF 2022: Interest on a Civil Society Day Zero gathering ?

Thanks, Bruna. I'm glad to co-lead a meeting on the Day Zero - which I
believe is Sunday the 27th, not 28th. I found these very useful in the
BestBits days, to coordinate positions and priorities, and share about key
events and sessions during the week.

We could also hopefully pick up our badges, and have dinner afterwards?

We'll have a number of folks from Access Now on the ground and online.
