[Governance] [apc.members] Ian Peter

Condolences to Ian's family and friends. May his soul rest in peace.  I
have met Ian once or twice, have seen him argue with clarity on a topic of
importance to Internet Governance, and he went on to suggest that the work
continues on that topic which continues till date. He participated and
contributed probably in several spheres of global public interest, and was
unassuming and quiet in any of the roles that he played, including in the
Internet Governance Caucus. One of the good souls who lived a life that was
more meaningful than what meets the eye, possibly because the value of his
perspectives and the imperceptible positive changes that followed are not
usually measured.
