[Governance] Webinar on 15 March: "The future of Europe’s fight against child sexual abuse"

Dear all,

As you may know, the European Commission currently has a consultation on "Fighting child sexual abuse: detection, removal and reporting of illegal content online,” which seeks public input on proposed new legislation that will require relevant online services providers to detect known child sexual abuse material and require them to report that material to public authorities, as well as on the possible creation of a European centre to prevent and counter child sexual abuse, which would provide holistic support to Member States in the fight against child sexual abuse, online and offline.

To help provide participants with the background knowledge that they will need to know in order to respond to the consultation in a fully informed way, Prostasia Foundation is hosting a free webinar on 15 March, one month before the close of the consultation:
