[Governance] 12 Streams 2020 #9 – Quantum Encryption – Robin Wilton @ HOPE

As noted earlier, Robin Wilton's HOPE talk on quantum encryption is, by a
long chalk, the most viewed ISOC presentation of the year, with 100s of
views. To be honest, he was given a boost by being scheduled on the opening
day as the lead in to Cory Doctorow's keynote, but it' still garnering many
further views in the archive. He did follow up with a paper, which is
linked below.
