digital technologies, there is a corresponding growth in vulnerability to
attacks, misinformation and fraud. Our expert panel discussed African
Cybersecurity Strategy for an evolving continent, including responses of
the African technical community to Covid-19 cybersecurity-related
challenges, while at the same time considering human rights and educational
opportunity.
