The Global City Teams Challenge (GCTC) program has the goal "*To establish
and demonstrate replicable, scalable, and sustainable models for incubation
and deployment of interoperable, secure, standard-based solutions using
advanced technologies such as Internet of Things (IoT) and Cyber-Physical
Systems (CPS) and demonstrate their measurable benefits in cities and
communities.*” While led by US Federal agencies it is indeed global in
nature, with 167 Action Clusters

world. The Cybersecurity
and Privacy Advisory Committee
<https://gctc.opencommons.org/Category:Cybersecurity_and_Privacy> (CPAC) is
a supercluster. The Smart and Secure Cities and Communities Challenge (SC3)
is a sub-program of the GCTC, and cpSRIA is CPAC member cluster focused on
secure cloud architecture. Dustin Loup of ISOC-DC is a presenter today.
