[Governance] Final Reminder IGF Session Proposal Deadline

Please do not forget your proposals in by the deadline, Wednesday 22
April. And please share this widely. Do not let the pandemic discourage
you. We are keeping a close eye on developments and will assess the
situation on a weekly basis, and keep you informed. For now focus on
getting your issues onto the IGF agenda.
