[governance] Co coordinator elections - here are the candidates

Dear Colleagues,

Nominations for the Co coordinator positions have now closed. There were 
four nominations during the period, but one (Olivier MJ Crepin LeBlond) 
declined.

We are left then with a field of three candidates, who are (in no 
particular order)

Sheetal Kumar
Imran Ahmed Shah
Bruna Martins dos Santos

Over the next few days we will be formalising the confirmations and 
getting the voting papers ready - and candidates may provide on line an 
updated 300 word statement if they so wish which will be linked to on 
the ballot paper. The order of names on the ballot paper will be drawn 
from a hat:.

You can expect to receive your individual ballot paper in a few days - I 
will notify the list at the time they are ready to be sent out so you 
can be sure to look out for it.

Thank you to each of the candidates for volunteering to assist IGC in 
this way.
