For those who are interested in signing on as individuals or as their
organisation for a moratorium on facial recognition and the ethical use of
technology pertaining to mass surveillance, you can do so here:

As Bruce Schneider articulated, the Moratorium probably won't make a dent
but it is important that we register our dissent.
