[governance] Community input for Chrustchurch call

Whatever organization  and individual that decided to join the coordination
effort and drafted inputs and commented on the doc and attended The three
calls we held. InternetNZ helped a lot with the coordination and provided a
forum we could join . I also used IGC and BestBits and various other
mailing lists to inform academics and activists about this call .

 Tomorrow, we are going to work on how many and which organizations and
individuals contributed, explain the process and see if others would be
interested to sign up to it.
