Not sure I can add much here, but I am happy to be part of a smaller 
group working on getting the logistics of this together. Thanks Farzaneh 
and Jeremy for your offers to get this moving.

My suggestion is we just go ahead with a voluntary small working group 
unless there are major objections, reporting back here as things 
progress. Perhaps others with useful skills and ideas can volunteer here 
to work on this and Farzaneh can co-ordinate the build process?
