These are great questions and we need to certainly keep them in mind but I
think it is a bit premature to discuss them.


Basically, we need to discuss the following questions:
1. Why should we amend the charter
2. What should be amended
3. How should we amend the charter (procedurally etc)[this is when your
question comes into play]
