The discussions on free speech at yesterday's Ghana Youth IGF
<https://isoc.live/11198/> were sufficiently intense that and extra session
on the topic was added at the start of today's IGF, even before the Opening
Ceremonies. I am told that, as well as the plenaries, the 'Data for
Sustainable development' breakout will also be streamed.
