Thanks for the reminder, Farzaneh,

I have started editing the document, suggesting substance and asking
clarifying questions. I will done soon. Meanwhile, I would encourage
everyone to also chime in and review this submission.

We can have the entire week to ensure it is in good share and submit
by Monday next week.
