[governance] Funeral Notice

Dear all,

This is such sad sad news.

It is indeed a good idea to send a note from IGC. As many of you noted
Imran was indeed a very devoted volunteer to the idea of rejuvenating IGC,
our website and mailing list and both Sheetal and myself are very thankful
for all the work he dedicated to our community.

I will chat with her and hopefully work on a message to his family and we
can let you know once we sent it. @Akinremi Peter Taiwo
<compsoftnet at gmail.com> it would be lovely if you could share with Sheetal
and I the contact information of his family.
