Hi all,

Facebook has made two major announcements today about its future oversight board. First, it has committed to sending $130 million to an independent trust over the next six years to support the work of the oversight board. Second, Facebook commissioned an independent human rights impact assessment, and this will form a part of the board's charter and bylaws.
