[governance] ICANN has sent a letter to ISOC

This letter and their blog post <https://www.icann.org/news/blog/org-update>
is very good I think. They refer to the sale as a *proposed* sale no less
than 8 times, call for transparency, and appear to recognize their public
interest responsibility in ensuring that "the .ORG registry remains secure,
reliable, and stable." Now for ISCO and PIR to respond with full
disclosure. Brett
