Dear Bruna,

Suggest you go ahead with issuing the call. There is no need for consensus
to issue the timeline. The earlier you call it, the more time people have
to nominate candidates and for candidates to accept and prepare their
Expression of Interest.

Once we get this out of the way, the Caucus can focus on things it wants to
engage in.
