[governance] IGC Co-Coordinators Indicative timeline - Up for discussion

Dear all,

I am taking there is some consensus around the proposed timeline, so,
unless anyone opposes it I guess we can adopt it.

I would also like to announce Tapani and Ian Peter as the scrutineers for
this process, in case you want to be added to this efforts, please let me
know offlist.
