[governance] Announcement of CSCG (NOMCOM) for MAG 2019

Dear all,

    It's my pleasure to announce the selection of the following candidates
that would be nominated by the CSCG for consideration by the IGF
Secretariat to the MAG. The Nomcom had it tough to come to an agreement of
the following candidates in accordance with the MAG criteria. It's worth
noting that we received a good number of applications with relevant
experience that can do well on the MAG. Please find in alphabetical order
the people that would be nominated by the Civil Society Coordination Group.

   I will be happy to answer any question as regards to the
Nomcom decision.
