[governance] [bestbits] Civil Society Coordination Meeting - thinking 2019 ahead.

Farzaneh's proposition finds a wide echo:
1.The civil society will have to make an assessment of the major problems
discussed in previous years to avoid redundancy in 2019;
2.Thus, public comment broadcasts, the holding of sessions in collaboration
with other stakeholders and the publication of joint statements should be
considered;
3.As far as civil society representatives to MAG are concerned about their
functions and responsibilities, we need a special session where we can
discuss the strengths and weaknesses of these representatives. It's just
for reframing to get better.
