You'll note that there is a Diplo Online Course starting on 24 July: *Internet
Technology and Policy: Challenges and Solutions
<https://www.diplomacy.edu/courses/ITP> *that might interest you or some of
your colleagues. I note that we are very lucky to have Avri Doria lecturing
in two of the modules, Ian Peter in another two, Vlada Radunovic on
encryption, and Tracy Hackshaw on Infrastructure! Please pass the
information on to anyone who might be interested. We all benefit from
well-informed IG people, including government and CS reps. See the flyer
below, which gives a link to the info on the Diplo/UoM MA in Contemporary
Diplomacy with a focus area in IG.

worldwide and has European postgraduate accreditation through the Faculty
of Arts at the University of Malta.

*Scholarships* covering 20% to 50% of the course fee are available to
applicants from small and developing states.

*Deadlines*: The next programme begins on 5 February 2018. Apply by 15
October 2017 (international applicants); 15 November 2017 (Maltese
applicants).
