[governance] A mistake

I think I had a mistake or something hapened with my suscription about the
list because I received a couple of emails for unsuscribe of the list, and
 I do *not* like unsuscribe.

If you can help me I am very grateful.  I would like to confirm whether or
not I am on the list and what I have to do to be in case I have been
removed from the list.
