My thanks as well.

Let me add my request to Daniel's:  If the Subject: line can be set to include

	 [governance]

then email filters will continue to perform.  And importantly, list posts will not be threatened to be lost in all the other email clutter.

I also notice that the 'reply to' is the originating poster.  That is 'good practice.'  But it varies from the IGC list's past.  Many may not be aware.  So that attempts to 'reply' may go only to the originator.  Food for thought, as to whether setting the 'reply to' as before, to the list itself.

Again, my thanks.  Not a small effort.
