The Youth Observatory is organizing the 2nd edition of the YouthLACIGF on
August 1st (a day before the 10th edition of the LACIGF). The idea of the
event is to discuss Internet Governance related issues with the regional
and local youth actors!

The good news is that, thanks to ICANN and ISOC (and some other of our
sponsors) we are able to offer travel support for a small amount of
interested people between the ages of 18 and 30 who are willing to attend
the event!

Estamos felices de anunciar que la *segunda edición del #YouthLACIGF* ya
tiene fecha: 1 de agosto de 2017 en Ciudad del Saber, Ciudad de Panamá.

Les informamos que se abre la *convocatoria a becas parciales*, hasta el *23
de junio de 2017*, los jóvenes entre 18 y 30 años residentes en la región
de América Latina y el Caribe, podrán aplicar para recibir una beca parcial
financiada por los patrocinadores, que consiste *única y exclusivamente en
el ticket aéreo* (ida y vuelta) desde la ciudad de residencia del becario
hasta la Ciudad de Panamá, Panamá. Además tendrán la oportunidad de
participar en el LACIGF10 <https://lacigf.org/lacigf-10/>.
