Dear Joly,
you have to understand: America is the continent. You live in
North-America in the USA.
The internet is controlled mostly from the USA. But this has two conditions:
1) The groups in USA want to do that
2) The people around accept this
What you do in USA is your decision. And what the people around on the
planet do in her region, is her decision. The only condition here is,
that we are interoperable.
