[governance] Joint CS meeting pre IGF 2017

Thanks Tidjani and everyone,
This is noted and I will pass it on to the team. From last year's
experience, we had a full day where we had enough time to discuss and
share experiences on what each group is doing on specific issues. And
I am sure this year, we will need more time for the same exercise.
However, even though lunch time is also generally booked for bilateral
meetings, we can look into making something happen, mainly for the IGC
so we can meet and interact (as we do all the times). We can see if
other CS folks will be able to join lunch reunions.
Thanks for pointing that possibility.
