[governance] Joint CS meeting pre IGF 2017

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. 

This joint meeting brought together (last year) civil society groups including the IGC, APC, JNC, Best Bits and the NCSG. Representatives from these groups formed the organizing comittee.

I had the priviledge to be part if this team representing the IGC, with our former co-co, Analia.
