[governance] IGC workshop proposal for IGF 2017: Call for volunteers

Dear colleagues,

As we all know, the IGF has opened the call for proposals for the upcoming
IGF 2017. The call and details are available here:

For last year's IGF, as IGC, we were able to put together a workshop
proposal and we came together for a wonderful session. I have attached our
session's report for your info. This was an opportunity to come together
and get to know each others as members of this wonderful community.

The purpose of this commmunication today is to call for volunteers who are
willing to support the process to develop a workshop proposal on behalf of
the IGC (this is basically an ad hoc working group to be formed). Please
note *the deadline for submission is Wednesday, 3 May 2017 23:59 UTC-11. *We
have less than a month to be done and to have our workshop proposal
submitted.

Please do reach out to me if you are interested in supporting this process.
Moreover, If you would like to be a speaker, I highly recommend to join us
and be part of the design team to make it easy for you to get ready for it.
