Hello, hello Henriette

I fully support the points you just take about governments and taking
into account
the multi-stakeholder approach..

I strongly support that this process should start and take root at the
national level first.
It is in this sense that we have been working since 2011 and this has enabled
us to build a framework for cooperation and consultation within the national
IGF.

This is a very relevant observation and deserves that we pay special
attention.
