[governance] IGC members @ ICANN55?

Fantastic, IGC should keep in mind events like these since there are many
internet governance venues where members could exchange views coming (WSIS
Prize, OECD meeting and others).

So again: we meet at IG Public Session - Thursday 10mar 9am @ ICANN 55 or
online (Morroccan time).

Please note that you can add to your Google Calendar the correspondent time
in the region you're in and also program reminders
