BTW, I want to make sure people have noticed that while there is a
preference for confirmed speakers, The MAG did decide that having
extended an invitation (a confirmable invitation) will be enough.  I
understand that this has been documented in the question itself and may
be noted elsewhere on the web site (not sure).
