[governance] Nominations for new Co-coordinator

Hola quisiera postular a co coordinadores a José Callo y a José Félix de Peru. Espero que ellos acepten esta nominación y envíen su SOI (expresión de interés por sus siglas en inglés) a la lista.

HI everybody would like to nominate to Jose Callo and Jose Felix from Peru as co coordinators. Hope they accept this nomination and send the SOI (statement of Interest) to the list.
