[governance] Urgent and Important: IGC endorsement and MAG nominations - OPEN CALL: Deadline 24 January 2016

Dear member,

In order to be as clear and transparentt as possibleI do remind you that
IGC is NOT endorsing any candidates. IGC has only open a call and a
discussion to reach by consensus a number of  names that will be send to
CSCG, that is all.

CSCG will be the only that will be endorsing.
