Dear Jean-Louis

It seems to me that you're mistaken here. "Enhanced cooperation" in the
Tunis Aganda (for which this WG will ideally finally reach a consensus
on how it can be "further implemented") is explicitly in relation to
the Internet, in the context of Internet governance. It's not in the
context of the WSIS goals in general.
