[governance] CSCG represesntation for CSTD selection process

Dear Remmy,

Thanks for your answer. Not at all, it is only that I came back from
holidays (summer time in the South - Argentina) and I read the mails and
inmediately ask Ginger to be excused from the process since I am willing to
present myself as a candidate for CS. So, so far I just receive a mail from
the CSCG (but we did not start to work) and from yesterday I will be
excluded from their list and Deidre will represent IGC until the selection
process is finished, so she will be in charge for the following weeks and
then I will recover IGC representation upong CSCG.
