[governance] Fwd: WSIS Forum 2016 -Official submission deadline 30 January

Hello Anja and others,

Does this call for submissions for WSIS 2016 mean that any person among us
can make a submission? And can two forms be submitted from one
organisation? I noticed the *due date* *has been moved to* *8 February*.
